1.制定招生计划和录取标准

Formulate enrollment plans and admission criteria.

2.发布招生简章，进行招生宣传

Issue enrollment brochures and conduct enrollment publicity.

3.学生填写《山东农业大学留学申请表》，提交学院进行初审

Students fill in the "Application Form for Study at Shandong Agricultural University" and submit it to the college for preliminary examination.

4.学院填写《山东农业大学招收外国留学生审批意见表》报学工处或研究生处、国际处、学校审批

The college fills in the "Opinion Form for Examination and Approval of Enrollment of Foreign Students in Shandong Agricultural University" for examination and approval by the Student Affairs Office or the Postgraduate Office, the International Cooperation & Exchange Office and Shandong Agricultural University.

5.来华学生提交相关材料，国际处负责为其办理JW202表，报省教育厅、省外办审批

Foreign students submit relevant materials. The International Cooperation & Exchange Office is responsible for filling the JW202 form for them and reporting it to the Provincial Department of Education and the Provincial Foreign Affairs Office for examination and approval.

6.印制录取通知书，同JW202表邮寄给学生

Print admission notices and mail them to the students together with the JW202 form.
